Clipboard;– copy,cut,paste,paste special,paste as hyperlink,format printer.
*Format printer;-(Ctrl+shift+c)-
Through this option , we can copy the formatting from one place and apply it to another .
Procedure;- Type some information ->apply some background on underline,front style -> select it
->home tab-> select format printer clipboards ->apply it another some i-con.
*Font;-
Through this option group we can change or apply type ,font size, font style etc. In our selected information, color,bolt,italic,stick format,sub script,super script and change the case etc.
1.Bolt-(Ctrl+B)
2.Italic-(Ctrl+I)
3.Underline -(Ctrl+x)
4.Sub-script-(Ctrl+Shift)
5.Super script-(Ctrl+shift+=)
6.change case-(Shift+f3)
7.Grow font-(Ctrl+Shift+>)
8.Shrink font-(Ctrl+shift+<)
*Clear formatting;-It is use to clear the formatting our selected information.
procedure;- select a formatted information->home tab(font)
*Paragraph;-(Bullets)-
Through this option, we can display our information with different types of bullet style .
Procedure;- Type some information -> home tab(paragraph)->bullet->select a bullet style from the list.
*Numbering;-
It is use to apply numbering in our selected information.
Procedure;- select your information ->home tab(Paragraph)->numbering->select a numbering style from the list.
*Decrease indent;-
It is use to decrease indent of a paragraph level.
Procedure-select your information->home tab(paragraph)->decrease indent or increase indent.
*Alignment;-
It is use to change alignment of a paragraph.
Left alignment-(Ctrl+L)
Right alignment-(Ctrl+R)
Center alignment-(Ctrl+C)
Procedure;-select some information ->home tab->change the alignment.
*Line spacing;-
It is use to apply spacing between to line.
procedure- select more than one line ->home tab->select line spacing->select spacing.
*Shading;-
It is use to change the background of our selected text.
procedure- select our information ->home tab->shading->select a color from the line.
*Bottom Border;-
Through this option,we can apply border in our current document with different format.
procedure- select your information ->home tab-.bottom border->select a border style from the list
*sort;-
It is use to display our text information with alphabetical ascending or dis ending order.
procedure- select your information or word-.home tab->select short->ascending
or dis ending->OK.
*Paragraph mark;-(Ctrl+*)-
It is use to show or hide paragraph mark in our current document.
procedure-home tab->paragraph->active or inactive paragraph mark option.
*Style;-
Through this option, we can change the style or formatting in our selected information.
procedure;-select your information->home tab->style->select a style from the list.
