what is taskbar ?

* Introduction;-

A taskbar is an element of a graphical user interface which has various purposes. It typically shows which programs are currently running. The specific design and layout of the taskbar varies between individual operating systems, but generally assumes the form of a strip located along one edge of the screen.When we right click on the taskbar some options are display on the screen, such as-
    1. cascade windows
    2. Show windows stacked
    3. show windows side by side
    4.show the desktop
    5.start task manager 
    6. lock the taskbar
    7. properties

  1. cascade windows;-

It is use to display all the open application in over lapping format.
Procedure ;-open more than application -> right click on the taskbar -> cascade windows .

2. Show windows stacked;-

It is use to display all the open application in horizontally type application. 
Procedure;- open more than one application -> right click on the taskbar -> show windows stacked.

3.show windows side by side;-

It is use to display all the open application in side by side format.
Procedure ;- open more than one application -> right click on the taskbar  ->show windows side by side.

4.show the the desktop;-

It is minimize all the open application.
Procedure;-right click on the taskbar ->show the desktop.

  5.start task manager ;-

1.Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and click the Task Manager option.
2.Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
3.Click the Start menu, select Run, and type in task manager.
4.Right click the taskbar and select the Task Manager option.

  6. lock the taskbar;- 

To lock or unlock the Windows taskbar, right-click any blank space on the taskbar and select Lock the taskbar. You will see a check-mark if the taskbar is already locked. If there is no check-mark, left-click once to lock the taskbar, and left-click again to unlock it.

7. Properties;-

Through this option we can active or inactive different option.
procedure;- right click on the taskbar ->properties ->active or inactive different option.
